These terms govern your access to and use of Digche Icons. By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Using Digche
You may browse, customize, download, and use icons through the features and plan available to your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
2. Icon license
Downloaded icons may be used in personal and commercial digital or print projects. You may modify them for your project, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the original icons as a competing icon library or standalone asset pack.
3. Account conduct
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, automate excessive downloads, interfere with other users, upload harmful content, or use Digche in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Premium access
Features and icon access may vary by plan. If paid plans are introduced or changed, the applicable price, renewal terms, and included features will be shown before purchase.
5. Availability
We work to keep Digche reliable, but the service may occasionally be changed, suspended, or unavailable. We may update or remove icons and features as the library evolves.
6. Intellectual property
Digche, its interface, branding, and library content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted by these terms are reserved.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Digche is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may restrict accounts that materially violate these terms.
